About the series

We understand that preparing for a Learn upgrade requires thoughtful planning, preparation, and support. That’s why we’re excited to offer a cohort program that can provide you with valuable information and best practices to ensure your success. The Blackboard Learn 9.1 Upgrade Cohort is a 4-week program positioned to help you plan and execute your upgrade to a new release of Blackboard Learn 9.1. This program consists of weekly, 1-hour, virtual meetings using Collaborate, providing direct access to our product experts and your peers moving along a similar path. We will run 2 identical sessions every week to accommodate your busy schedules. You only need to attend one.

Series 1 – Wednesday, 21 February – Wednesday, 14 March from 10-11am Eastern, 2-3pm GMT

Series 2 – Thursday, 22 February – Thursday, 15 March from 2-3pm Eastern, 7-8pm GMT


Who should attend these sessions?

Anyone with a role in facilitating your upgrade – typically system administrators and/or academic technologists– will benefit from the program. Participation is flexible so you can choose sessions most applicable to your role.
