Join our Webinar: Custom Reporting in Blackboard Learn using BIRT
Blackboard Learn currently supports Statistical reporting and from Service Pack 8, activity reporting. However we are aware that some of you would still like to access more of the information held within the Blackboard Learn database. With this in mind and our drive on openness we introduced the ability to interrogate the Learn database to create custom reports using an open source reporting system called BIRT Business Intelligence Reporting Tools.
Please Join Andrew Hulme and Paul Wigfield on a webinar to explore the different ways in which you will be able to create custom reports, create management dashboards and extract a wealth of information from the Blackboard Learn database.
The webinar will last approximately 1 hour and will be led by Andrew Hulme. There will be;
- An Introduction to Custom Reporting
- Build a Custom Report
- Embed the report in a Blackboard Learn building block
- Share some of the work done in the Oscelot community and Invite you to join
- Discussion and Q&A
Webinars Time and Date: 19th March 11am UK / 12noon CET or 3rd April 2pm UK / 3pm CET
There will also be a follow up session at the Teaching and Learning Conference Developers Day on Monday 8th April for anyone who needs more information or who would like to talk with Blackboard developers.
